What happens if I cannot find a file or folder from my old profile?
Your new account should have full permissions over your computer and should allow you to access things from your old profile. To access your old profile, go to My Computer, click on Local Disk C:, choose Documents and Settings and double click on your username without the .NORWICH after it. That will give you access to your old profile. If you are still unable to find what you are looking for, please feel free to contact the helpdesk.
