NU Student Telephone Services

Norwich University provides jacks for phones; students will have to bring phones to school (See the FAQs for information). All students are automatically enrolled in the Student Telephone Services, using the traditional long distance plan (see rates). If you would like to enroll in the Optional Discount Plan(to receive a lower rate), all you need to do is review the information on the plan by clicking here and then contact Resicom as directed.

Parnership with Resicom

Resicom is a tele-management firm that manages telephone services in the education market. Resicom serves as "the phone company" for students living in campus housing. By using Resicom as a management partner a school can offer the benefits of an integrated campus telephone service to its students but avoid all the management hassles of starting and running a telephone company to provide the service. In addition, a specialized provider like Resicom can offer more services than an individual school can normally offer on its own.

If you have any further questions about Resicom's service, please give them a call at (800)853-1030 or email them at services@resicom.com or click here, they can also be reached by U.S. Mail at their main address below:
